Paid for boost but still getting ads and low quality

What is the point of paying extra for something if I still have to watch ads and watch in low quality? Customer service is horrible to reach as well

What’s the point of posting and then quitting the Community before anyone can offer any help?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Got me thinking it was similar to the other user who hijacked other threads about the ads. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
