Oops something went wrong message

Hi,

i have gone into nowtv app to watch an episode and it comes up with Oops something went wrong message. I have turn it off, signed in and out, checked my package-which is all correct and paid up to date. Can any one tell why it is not working because it is really frustrating! I have also try nowtv on my tv and on a desperate device with no luck.  Thanks

Is it only happening on one TV show / episode or everything you are trying to watch on your nowtv pass is coming up with this error message ?

If it's one particular TV show or episode if you can post the name of the show and season & episode number the NowTV Content Team can check it out if there is an issue their end on their servers.
