So now episode 20 and 22 are now missing!! What am i paying for here with the entertainment package??

@ContentTeam an official response please, 15 days of unresolved complaint from episode 20 and now missing 22 with no satisfactory explanation. Ofcom complaint will be submitted in 5 days…
This is getting to be a curse itself. Yet another episode failed to show episode 22 now. Makes you wonder if its done purposeful as they found stuff in those episodes they intend to keep secret for a big reveal later. Just my imagination maybe but an idea.

On here isn’t a way of complaining as you very rarely speak with staff. You’re better option for actual complaints is social media or live chat or emailing support.

I'm so disappointed that it's happened again. It's the only thing I watch on Now so it's really annoying that I'm paying for it. Do they see this thread or do we have to message them?
You’re always best to speak to staff directly on live chat or email support. As the “ContentTeam” do come on to post but only when they are tagged in and more importantly available to do so.

Yup, 2 weeks ago with the same response with a promise to email. I was invited to reply using the same subject in title and they would get back to me. I’ve replied 3 times in the last couple of weeks and had no reply.
