Now tv player not working

I've tried playing several shows, but it keeps telling me it's not available in this country (I'm obviously in the UK). I've uninstalled, cleared cookies, reinstalled, done everything. It worked fine until last night, nothing's changed, so I don't get what's happening... The error code is OVP_00012

Who is your ISP?

 

Vodaphone have been having this issue, or NowTV have been having this issue with Vodaphone, depending on how you look at it, with everybody apparently coming from outside the Taj Mahal.

 

(And I don’t mean your local curry parlour) Smiley Tongue

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
