Now tv not working

I am paying every month for my now tv and can not watch any of it all I keep getting is you can add a new device on the 1st of the month I pay for entertainment movies and kids I can’t even watch live tv

I applied for a 14 day free trial, but to stream movies it keeps asking for a voucher code which I don't have. Contacted Now TV/Sky and told I applied for a free trial 3 yrs ago which I don't remember and I have NEVER streamed a Sky movie or anything else from the 'entertainment' package.

Told I could continue with free trial, but when I try to activate a movie, it asks me to buy a pass!

I find this whole set up of a free trial and having to buy something misleading, so forget it NowTV/Sky. I'll try Netflix.
