To be quiet honest, I am seriously considering picking Plusnet m. Two weeks ago, before moving into my new property, i ordered for the now tv broadband and booked an engineer visit to fix it. As it’s not got any phone line at all. The engineer was meant to be here on the 24th of this month. No engineer, no broadband box, nothing not even a call from now tv saying anything. I have called numerous numbers that have seen online and when I call the answering machine says in less than 7 mins someone will be with me but no after 3 hours on phone, no one picks up.
