Not loading movies

I have all the entertainment package and movies ! But it's not letting me playing them ! Just loads up and nothing happening ! But it lets me watch movies that are on live

What device(s) have you tried this on?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Hi 

My nowtv is the same I can not watch movies but I can watch them live on my mobile. When I press my apps it goes to the movies entertainment sports but then it just jumps back to the my apps box.
