Absolutely fuming. So internet works fine comes to normal tv no signal? Ive done everything unplugged and reset. Still nothing and yet it says its working fine.

What NowTV playback device are you using ?
When you say normal TV do you mean the over the air Freeview channels via a NowTV Freeview smart box where there is no signal from these TV channels such has BBC, ITV etc ?
Or you can't watch anything with your nowtv passes or Apps because the TV screen is blank and saying no signal ?

So you are using the NowTV smart box like shown in the picture below and none of the Freeview teresterial TV channels work via the TV aerial ?
With the high winds over the UK yesterday it could be possible that if you are using an external outside aerial could be effecting the Freeview TV stations such has the aerial has become mis aligned and lost the TV signal.
Are you sharing the incoming TV aerial with your inbuilt TV tuner on your television and if so is the Freeview channels working directly from the TV ?
If you are not using the TV aerial on any other device, maybe temporary plug the aerial back into your TV to see if the aerial picks up all the TV stations on your television.
This will eliminate the TV aerial & wiring out of the equation that is causing the problem with no teresterial TV channels.
I would then try plugging the TV aerial back into the rear of the NowTV box and go into the box menu settings and undertake a fresh TV station retune of the channels.
If still no luck, then the only other thing that i could suggest is to go again into the box menu system settings and undertake a full factory reset of the box and re scan of the TV Freeview channels.
