No entertainment pass on TV app

I've just bought an entertaininment pass which works on my phone app. I've used the same login on my smart TV, Now tv app version 4.2.5, but there are no entertainment pass TV titles to select...

 

It says I'm signed into the correct account but only allows me to select movies.. it also says I can byb a sky cinema month pass on nowtv.com.. I've not tried to load a movie but it looks like I can !!

 

Can this be fixed?

It’s not just you. I have just returned to NowTV and have the same problem. I can select programs on my iPad and chromecast them to my tv but don’t see my entertainment subscription when signed into the app on my BT box.

I've just read a support page that says Now TV on Youview only allows the movie pass to work not the entertainment pass. It would be useful for it to tell you this rather than leave you guessing.  It's not the cost of the £15 now tv smart stick I object about, its the fact I don't want to own another piece of TV equipment, adding to the e waste mountain !
