New and a bit confused

Hi,

 

I've just subscribed. I don't have a TV so watching on a laptop.

 

Been trying to watch a series, but after each episode, viewed in the Now TV Player, I have to go back to the website to select the next episode. Is there any way to set a series so it automatically plays the next episode?

I‘m a longtime user, and have to start each next episode manually on NowTV.

 

If there is a way round this, I don’t know it (though someone else might).

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
