New Amsterdam series 4 episode 4 is missing on the Now App on Apple TV.

What happens if you start episode 4 on something like the NOW App on your smart phone and let it play for a minute or so.

Then see if it gets added to your Apple TV Continue Watching section.

It may or may not work. 

Just checked my Android phone NOW App and S4 Ep4 is showing available for me.

I don't have an Apple TV to check only Roku's or Fire Sticks.

I have seen in the past where content is missing from the Apple TV box, but is available to watch on an iPad / iPhone.
