NOW TV no longer works on my Samsung

Can I get a refund as I’m in contract? It’s not my fault NOW stopped supporting my TV!

It is more the case that your TV has stopped supporting NOW. There are many other devices you can use.

You won’t get a refund, only told to purchase a device that is supported for NOW. My recommendation is either Amazon fire stick or Roku stick.

Can you explain how you are in contract?

If you were using the Samsung as a primary device you should have been contacted by NOW for a free of charge Amazon stick. Have you checked your junk?
