The sound is very quiet about 3 times quieter than normal. NFL game day morning is the show I was watching.

Also reported on the Sky Community Forum by a Sky customer.
So I am assuming it's the feed from the NFL Broadcaster and not hardware related.

I agree with you. It is Sky’s broadcast not hardware related. I can tell you it is not the feed as it is find on the NFL network channel
