My stick loads up all the content, but wont let me watch anything. I use it everyday and it suddenl

My stick suddenly stop letting my watch anything . It all loads up fine, but when i try to watch anything. It doesn't work. 

Ive tried all the tips on the help page already. I even downloaded a Internet speed checker. It fine 60+mb.

I use it every day, nothing has changed it just stop working on the 3rd of this month. This the only way i watch tv.

Have you tried doing a factory reset to the device?

No thats the only thing i haven't done, and really didn't want too.
Because of all the apps and passwords, that i probably dont remember

I know how to factory reset, but i really didnt want to. Due to passwords ect

If all your passwords are saved to your browser you will be able to view them in the settings of the browser. 

The factory reset is a long shot indeed and might not work. However it’s something that staff with NOW will recommend.

You could jump onto live chat or send an email to customer support to explain the situation. Both methods are in my signature below.
