Hey there.
so I have checked my membership and I have the entertainment package.
however, when I try to go into those channels I get the message “You need to set up or add it to your package”.... which it already is?!
I have restarted both the box and router to no avail!!

Are you definitely logged in on the TV?
Can you see your watchlist and continue watching on the TV app?

What TV do you have?
You must be logged into the app on the TV in order use your account.
