My Life Is Murder only visible on iPhone app?!

Hello,

does anyone know why My Life Is murder us only available on the IPhone app? I had to go into Alibi channel to find it as the search does not bring it up. I can download or stream it on my phone but I’d rather watch it on the TV (bigger screen etc). The app on the TV (a Samsung one) is not giving me a list of channels. I streamed the episode for a few minutes on the phone, hoping it will show in My Watchlist but to no avail. 
I tried customer support - their explanation was that the rights for the show have been removed. I think it was just a super generic email and no one actually tried to find out how to solve my issue!

Try clearing the data/cache from the app.

Thank you. I was just about to do as suggested when the show is back on my Continue Watching list. But now I cannot add it to my favourites 🤦🏼‍♀️ Oh well, at least I can watch it on big screen.
