Everytime I try to play Episode 4 it says Sorry, something is wrong try again later. It will allow me on my phone but dont want to use my phone. Please help

Just checked this episode on my NowTV 4K Smart box and like you have reported this episode doesn't play showing a message Sorry there was an error in the player with the loading coloured circles.
@Jason-C of the NowTV Team can you pass this onto your relevant Dept to sort out please.

I have this problem too on my Samsung Smart TV on the downloaded Now app. Very annoying. Zero help on the app available. Feels like an afterthought.

I’m also experiencing the same issue as others.
Contacted Now TV via chat room, was told to reset Now box (using paperclip) but Episode 4 season 1 still doesn’t play on tv. OK via iPad app, though. Big drama needs a big tv but looks like we’re going to have to watch this episode gathered around mobile device. Bizarre !

Thank you, I'll give that a try. But yes, mine will.work on the mobile app but not through roku box on tv. Such a shame. As you say, requires a bigger screen
