I keep getting the error that I have multiple devices playing a stream. Over rebooted my Chromecast and android app, but no effect. Wasted the past 30 min and the live game is slipping away.
How can I request a refund? This service is unusable for me.

I don't use my Chromecast anymore with NOW.
But have you tried casting to the Chromecast first,then hitting the play button on the NOW App ?
