Missing subtitles

Good morning!

 

Can anyone let me know why there is no subtitles for Chicago PD for Season 7 Ep 4.

 

There is a crossover between Chicago Fire -> Chicago Med and subtitles were available but not for Chicago PD 😞 

 

Also advise if Avenue 5 will have subtitles.

Ok Avenue 5 now subtitled.

 

But what about Chicago PD??

 

Is this forum actually monitored?  This is a poor impression on a newbie here.

Another released programme SEAL Team S03E04 is also missing subtitles.

 

Your Live Chat line is not good - they give scripted responses and not actually looking into this issues

Same here, I'm having 2 issues:

Watchlist on the Playstation 4 app and no subtitles for Chicago PD for season 1-6, but were for Chicago Fire and Chicago Med, nothing solved.

 

I have now put in a complaint instead about my issues:

P.S. I have noticed they have now added subtitles for Chicago PD Season 7 Episode 4 - I had the same issue as you, very annoying.

I totally agree! I can’t understand half of what is being said because some of the actors mumble so much. It’s very frustrating.
