Can I anyone help and let me know why they do not add new episodes of grey anatomy it’s been weeks now and we are still only on episode 8 ? Very frustrating

With a lot if these American TV Shows they usually have a mid season break and new episodes normally returns around February /March time.
The Geektown website link below doesn't have a return date yet for Season 18 B.

There's no date to restart filming.
