Yes, I've noticed that same problem. And this seems to keep happening with Elementary every few weeks - episodes show up late. It is not getting any less annoying!
Just gone to watch the episode as it's now available but now there is intermittent sound! It's becoming a regular occurrence not just with elementary but many other series, so frustrating!
