Missing channels

Hi can anyone educate me on why sky sports news and sky one have disappeared?

Sky One was replaced by Sky Max at the start of the month.

Sky sports news is amongst the live sports channels. See picture below.

Sky One has now been replaced with Sky Max and Sky Showcase.

Sky Sports News should be still available under the Sports TV Now and Next Guide.

Forgot to mention that you will now not find Sky One also on their Satellite service, where Sky decided to ditch Sky One and re- brand it, where the majority of the content is either under Sky Max or Sky Comedy.

Sky Showcase is just a live only channel with no catchup or on Demand service on this channel.
