Missing channel

I had no problem until yesterday. It’s the only channel affected. Sky living.

keeps telling me I need a pass but I have an entertainment pass

I will tag @Anonymous User of the nowtv team to look into it on your behalf.

I don't use my Apple TV anymore and apart from the basic suggestions like rebooting both your ATV and router and if using ATV 4 or newer try removing nowtv App and re install again.

I doubt the above will make any difference, but no harm in trying whilst awaiting a reply from nowtv.

Hi

Have spoken to our relevant teams and they have informed us that, Sky Living is now Sky Witness, althought the logo hasn't changed yet. 

But the channel is now playing fine on Apple TV.

Thanks. Today it came back on right away for the first time so back to normal🙂
