As a customer who has paid for every sky sports Liverpool game  for 2 years because you haven’t provided the service I paid for at 4pm I would like my account refunded

Have you activated the day membership? 
If not you can use it for when the game does get shown.

If you have, then use this link to look through the thread where you’ll see multiple ways to get in touch with NOW staff.

This is simply a customer forum, so you’ll notice that many other people are “demanding” a refund.
