Looking - Error message 1300

I'm getting the dreaded 1300 error message when trying to catch up with Looking. Any ideas when this will be resolved?

It was shown on Sky Atlantic on Monday at 11.25 and we're supposed to get new episodes on Now on a Monday after it has aired, so surely it's been added late rather than early??

Hello I'm trying to watch some box sets on entertainment, and it's come up saying error code 1300 and saying 'we don't have this right now' can someone help and sort this out please??

Sorry to hear you're having problems. First things first: -

• What's the make and model number of the device(s) you're using to access and play NOW TV content?
  [ie: a NOW TV 'black' box, a NOW TV 'white' box or a NOW TV 'Smart' box. Or a 'Games Console' of some type, a 'Set Top Box' of some type, a 'Smartphone' of some type, a 'Tablet' of some type, a 'Windows PC', a 'Mac' computer or another type of device]
• Which 'box sets' were you trying to access?

Sufficed to say, the more detailed information you are able to provide, the easier it will be for us NOW TV forum members and/or a NOW TV Team member to work out a solution for you!

I'm using a now tv black box, I was watching something on ITV in the entertainment section but now ITV has disappeared off the channel list.

Currently TOWIE is not available on Now TV  as it has expired we are awaiting on Confirmation on whether this is coming back on or not.

Just-so-you-know... NOW TV have no control over 'third-party' apps, such as BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4, Demand 5, RedBull TV etc. The content delivery systems and the UI's for each distribution platform is entirely controlled by the service provider.

He was refering to the ITV section in the NowTV app (Entertainment) not the ITV app 🙂

And I was watching the only way is Essex on entertainment itv channel list.
