Live sports

I was redirected to now tv to purchase a sports pass that allowed my husband to watch last nights match Real Madrid vs . After paying £25 there is t any live sports other than British teams . I believe he’s looking for champions league and it’s not available ! So £25 down the Swanny and no way to refund or complain !  Very poor . I will be cancelling my other accounts that I hold with now tv as a result of this . All they are missing is a mask and a striped jumper ! I’ve been robbed !

Champions League football is on BT Sports.

If you are based in the UK you need to look at BT Sports.

Should you be based in the Republic of Ireland then NOW does offer a NOW Extra Sports TV Membership which includes BT Sports but this is not available to UK customers.

Thanks for the info but I believe you need a by account to use that . I’m ignorant to sports and such , but this has been surprisingly difficult to navigate and resolve . Thanks for the info though

Hi @Anonymous User 

You don't have to be a BT customer to have the non contract BT Sports monthly pass and just need a suitable internet connection from your UK ISP.

Also the link gives information on what playback devices support the BT Sports App etc.

I have used BT Sports App in the past and I have NOW Broadband.

https://www.skysports.com/watch/sport-on-sky list all the upcoming sports on Sky

It can be a pain knowing which service provides which game as rights change season on season.

Now the situation has been explained to you, was there any misleading information put out by Now in your ‘I was redirected’?

If there was, please say what and where, so we can get this cleared up.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
