I bought a week long TV sports pass and agreed the monthly £5.99 p/m mobile pass at expiry of the week.
The week expired yesterday. Today I succesfully signed in on my mobile to watch golf. It would not let. I went to "my account" and it says I have a sports pass. Tied to watch again, refused for the same reason ? ? ?
My billing status shows £12.98 paid on 29 Sept for weeks TV pass. It shows £5.99 due next on 29 October.
Something is wrong as should be able to watch golf on my mobile today ?
