I have sound on all the other films i've watched/watching

Any ideas please?

Sorry for late reply

I'm having trouble with the sound on my Roku LT - 2400SK Now tv box. All the other films on Now Tv so far I can hear with no problems

I've tried The league of extraordinary Gentlement film on my iPhone 6 and the sound is fine on that

I've carried out an update on my Now Tv box but still the same issue? Changed all the sound settings to autodetect but still the same issue?

Hi, I just wonder if there was ever a fix to this problem.

This seems to be the only film I cannot watch on my Roku, as it has no sound, I get sound when viewed from my NOWTV player on my PC.

All other films work fine on my ROKU, no idea why this film will not play ball.

I have tried to watch it on and off over a very long period, but always the sound does not work.

Hi, 

I have re-raised this to the technical teams, to see if they can find a fix to this issue and they will investigate. I can't say how long until it's fixed but they're pretty quick at this.
