Latest Episodes not Playing

My now tv box is having issues showing the latest episodes on HAYU but they will play on my phone. I pick the episode, enter my pin, the screen whirs round then goes back to the home page. Can anyone offer a solution please.Thanks

Have you tried unplugging the box for a few minutes?

Has the box got the latest updates?

sorry yes. i always check for updates

hi yes it shows that the latest episode is there it just wont play them on the tv and i have done the whole switch it on and off thing and still no luck

You could try a factory reset, a bit extreme but is known to fix random bugs. Worth trying that before reporting the fault with staff.
