I too cannot watch this episode. I keep getting a rather odd green screen when I try to run this episode.
I’ve tried the suggestions found in the forum eg loading from: Channels>SKY Witness>select episode etc as well as loading from the NOW TV home screen, My List and Continue Watching with no joy 😞
I do hope it is fixed soon 🙂

Mine isn't working either for the past 2 days. Was really looking forward to it. Is there any eta on when we will be able to watch instinct ep4 s1?

Yeah, not working for me either. I spoke with support yesterday but didn't get it sorted. Thought it was just an issue with my account but looks like its wider. Surprised they haven't just taken it down and reissued, looks like an encoding issue
