I NEED HELP ASAP

Hi

 

for the last week everytime I have tried to watch a film as soon as I select it it takes me to the app page.

 

all apps are working fine, however whenever I try to chose a film from the now tv film section it takes me to the app page it has happened for a week!!!!

 

it is updated to the newest update and I have reset it and refreshed the software over 10times please someone help me

Can I assume you are using a Now TV stick?

So since you’ve done the typical troubleshooting and it’s more or less what we would advise.

 

Jump onto Live chat and report the fault with Now TV staff

Make sure to click “chat online” within the green box

You said reset the device. Have you tried to set the stick back to factory settings?

 

Worth giving this a try before speaking to Now TV staff
