How I Met Your Mother - Box sets not available

Received the 5* email yesterday stating that box sets 1-9 of the series was available NOW.

 

None of my devices is picking this series up. I assume it's an error and that they will become available soon ! L

@Anonymous User  NOW TV doesn't have the rights to keep shows on the service forever, so all shows have an expiry date. When shows have 30 days or less left, you will see a countdown reminder message appear next to the episodes on the website and most apps to warn you. It's worth looking out for these to help you plan your viewing.

There's a useful website which lets you look up how long boxsets are available for, so if you have a show in mind worth checking there to see if you have enough time for them (bear in mind it's unofficial so info could change at short notice).
