Hayu shows not showing new episodes

I am trying to watch the newest episodes of The Bachelorette and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills but neither of these shows are appearing on my NowTV. The shows aired on Monday and Thursday in the US and normally update the next day (sometimes TB is Wednesday)but neither are available yet? Both are on the HAyu website so are available but I cannot see them on Now TV. Anyone had this issue before and tell me how to fix it?

I’ve begrudgingly had to cancel the HayU pass from NowTV, as it doesn’t seem there there is an ETA for when they will get this problem resolved.

In the meanwhile I’ve subscribed through Amazon Prime.

I’m going to cancel my hayu through nowtv too as there is clearly no update about when this will be fixed but can’t seem to find how to get hayu on prime - do you know if you have to have a fire stick please?

As long as you have a device that has the Amazon Prime app on it you don’t need to buy an Amazon fire stick.

They won't allow it , I've tried . I believe you would have to cancel with one and then join again with hayu direct .

New Episodes of Real Housewives of Potomac, Salt Lake are not on this week. Seems to be continual issues with frequent weeks where some new shows not on with zero explanation.
