Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
It did the same thing last year when I was watching them. Disappeared for about 24 hours (presumably whilst they sorted contracts out etc) and then was all put straight back up so fingers crossed
Now TV have terminated their contract with ABC studios so it has temporarily been removed, it's will come back under sky witness, but no date has been given on that yet
