Gangs of London not playing

Watching gangs of London series one on now tv, just got to episode 7 and error message advising ‘that didn’t go to plan, no assets for required capabilities’ OVP_00009

ive logged off, switched it off etc etc. I’ve got the now tv that plugs into the tv everything else is playing okay. 

any ideas.
