Fox stutter

So I’ve had this problem for a while, when watching FOX for about a week after installing now tv on our smart tv the sound stutters every few second the picture carries on but it’s not understandable with the audio that just keeps cutting out. We’ve noticed it on new episodes of American horror story and walking dead (not recent episodes). 

Just want it to work and enjoy the content with full audio.

I have reset Wi-fi and installed and reinstalled the app.

Reading the posts on the forum there seems to be a lot of people complaining about the audio on AHS episode 2 and the older episodes of TWD.

Not sure if there is anything you can do your end, where you are relying on the NowTV Tech Support Team to fix the audio on their service.
