Film stuck in 'Continue Watching'

Hello,

Does anyone have any ideas for how to remove a film from 'Continue Watching'? It has been there for about 2 weeks and I cannot get it to go. I managed to click to watch it and rewind it slightly to see if getting it back to the end would remove it but that didn't work. Today I took it right back to the beginning and just let it play to the end in the background but it's still there.

You could try reporting to staff via live chat. By clicking “chat online” within the green box, make sure to avoid “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

You could always wait a few weeks as it will drop off in due course. Although definitely a pain!

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
