Is anyone having any issues with the latest family guy episode? The episodes starts with the usual intro music and then the episode starts silent, background music and the fade in and out tracks play, in the opening scene you can even here things whirling outside as Peter drives his car, but then when anybody speaks throughout the episode there is no sound coming out of their mouths at all... just silence
Have you tried to
1. Delete and reinstall the app?
2. Watching on smart TV or Now TV stick, unplug it for a few minutes?
3. Unplug your router for a few minutes?
4. Watching on smart TV or Now TV stick, set the device back to factory settings?
If you’ve tried all the above you’ll need to report the issue direct with Now TV for them to be made aware of the fault.
