F1 Saudi Arabia Practice - loud static sound issue

I am trying to watch via the NOW TV app Saudi Arabia F1 GP Practice 17.03 but once I start the programme there is a loud static noise playing in the background that has made the show unwatchable unless I want on mute. Anyone else experiencing this? I have raised this with customer service on the Live Chat and they have said their technical team were looking into this…
