Multiple episodes will not play. It says "Content request not recognized" on the tv app, and returns error code 21 on the mobile app. Please fix this, it's so frustrating!
We found it on episodes 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 (but not 1, 2 or 7) from the first 8.

This still isn't working? I play it through the BT box or Google Chromecast it's not working on either not does it work on my phone? I spoke to BT who told me to contact yourselves looks like the issue was reported on here on the 7th yet still isn't fixed
