I am receiving the following error message and can't watch anything on Now TV currently - does anyone have any ideas?

Have a search for that error message, within the community and elsewhere. Are you watching on a PC/laptop? Various malware and/or presence of screen capture software have been known to cause this.

Do you have BitDefender? As this can cause major problems with the NOW player.
Apparently you will need to add an exclusion for it.
