I've just turned on my TV and started to try to watch the latest episode of The Good Doctor, and I get an error code of no assets for required device capabilities, error code ovp_00009.
Does anyone know how I can rectify it please, or is this a known issue?

This has been reported across many other threads. You need to state the device you are using for staff to be able to help.

@ContentTeam the device I am using it through is my BT Box and also my smart TV, I have noticed that it is all new episodes of programs I normally watch, not shows which all the episodes are already on Now TV.

Maybe want to report direct to NOW as the "ContentTeam" will get back to you but no timescale usually.
