They are definitely aware, as they are actually replying to people there (unlike here!).
Rather than keep complaining here, we may as well all surge over to Twitter, and lay the agony on them over there (because they're clearly not looking here!).
Complaining on here won’t get it resolved. As I’ve said in other threads you have to contact NOW directly, which is either social media, live chat or email support.
The forum doesn’t work in the way most people think I’m afraid.
