Error code 103

I'e been trying to watch last night' elementary since 5pm and keep getting the above error code.

Ive tried powering off, resetting, watching something else ( which plays ) but can' watch the one thing I do want to watch.

 

Can you help  resolve the problem  ?

I had the same problem of not being able to load an Elementary episode from 10pm last night and what's the point of trying to fix the issue when the whole series was being taken off at midnight? Pretty fed-up as I was trying to cram in as many episodes as I could last night and now they're gone.
