been trying to watch programs since yesterday and keep getting this error code each time Code 0xfd8000a9 …. I have deleted and reinstalled the app

There are some who think that knowing which device you are having the issue on would be useful, but I have cast my net as wide as I can for you by looking for that error code on Google.

Yes that’s the code, they are all apple devices. I have tried on an iPhone 13 incase it was affecting older devices but still the same

Is your phone software updated to 15.2?

As the app won’t work if the latest software hasn’t been carried out.

Worth trying your mobile data.

The iPhone 15.2, do you mean to try it with my data rather than WiFi ?

Yeah that’s what I mean to try your phone data not using Wi-Fi.
