Using a BTTV box and keep getting error code PL-0 something’s not right. Give it a moment or check nowtv.com/status for updates. This has been happening since we got BT TV on a regular basis, very frustrating. Any advice on why this is happening?

Is your billing directly through BT? If so then you’ll have to contact BT directly to resolve the issue.
Yes been in contact with BT, but problem still happening, thought I’d try here.

Was definitely worth a try. Although BT as far as I’m aware have a dedicated team that will help with BT TV and NOW.
As a suggestion you could try performing a factory reset to the BT box. And unplug the router for a few minutes.
Yep, thank, tried all you suggested had 3 engineers out but not have suggested it’s the app, will see next step.
