Using a BTTV box and keep getting error code PL-0 something’s not right. Give it a moment or check nowtv.com/status for updates. This has been happening since we got BT TV on a regular basis, very frustrating. Any advice on why this is happening?

Was definitely worth a try. Although BT as far as I’m aware have a dedicated team that will help with BT TV and NOW.
As a suggestion you could try performing a factory reset to the BT box. And unplug the router for a few minutes.
Found this after a quick google search. Not sure how much help it’ll be.
