Drm error streaming any content on a fire stick 4k

Hi,

on a 4k (not max) fire stick I get this error trying to stream F1:

VSF:ERROR.PLAYER.ANDROID.DRM.MAIN_CONTENT

the stick has been updated to the latest os and also the now tv app.

I also have another fire stick max version plugged on another tv and works fine.

Been having the same issue on my Sony Bravia TV a few times this week. Clearing the cache seems to have resolved it for the time being.

so do you suggest to clear fire stick cache? Not sure if it's possible, I only see a factory reset option, that I would not use possibly

No sorry forgot to say the app cache. Which can be done via the settings and under applications.

All I could suggest is to delete and reinstall the app.
Then unplug both your fire stick and router for a few minutes.
