Display pictures

Hi does anybody know why all pictures of the film and tv programmes have disappeared the only way I can see what a film is now is by clicking on it?

Do you mean the cover art is missing from the movie and TV show titles on your nowtv box ?

 

If so, perhaps try step 6 in this guide below (update the software even if you are on the same version).
