Disney + Netflix app stutter

For many months now, all programmes on Netflix and Disney stutter. The sound doesn't match with the picture, and you have to stop the programme and restart. It occurs constantly throughout every programme.

It doesn't occur on NOW app, iPlayer, Channel 4, ITV etc.

Have updated the box. Have deleted all apps and reinstalled. Nothing works. Only thing I can think is that the box is now several years old and might need replacing.

Also why on earth can't I just speak to someone on the phone. Not everyone likes this bot bull.

If you are getting sound stuttering then have you tried going into the NOW box Settings under Audio and play around with the different settings starting with Stereo.

I don't know if the NOW boxes still have this feature, but also when watching something on Netflix press the star button on the remote to see if a volume option pops up on the television screen and play around with the Volume Mode making sure it's set to off.
